Registration policy
 

In order to participate in the conference all authors are required to pay the registration fee. At least one author per paper must register (and pay the fee) by 31^st May 2017 to be listed in the conference programme.

Reduced early bird fee is offered to all participants who register and pay the fee by 31^st May 2017.
Both early bird and standard fees include a discount for APRIA members who have paid the annual membership fee for the current year. If you are not an APRIA member but planning to join the Association, we would suggest you acquire the membership before completing the conference registration form as the required conference fee will be lower. The online APRIA membership form and the description of membership benefits (including subscription to the Asia-Pacific Journal of Risk and Insurance) are available at www.apria.org.

Any cancellation received in writing before 30^th June 2017 will be refunded less 100 EUR in administration fee. Cancellations received after 30^th June 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Deadlines:

Registration deadline for presenting authors: 31^st May 2017
Early bird registration and payment deadline: 31^st May 2017
Cancellation deadline: 30^th June 2017
Online-registration deadline: 30^th June 2017
 

All payments must be made in Polish Zlotys (PLN)

The participation fees can be paid by:

1) credit card: on-line payment (tpay) 

To pay by credit card, please select "credit card: on-line payment (tpay)" as your Payment method. Having successfully completed your registration, please use the "Pay on-line" button (at the bottom of the registration website) or the link emailed to you as confirmation of your registration. You will be redirected to tpay.com (secure connection) to make the payment. Please select "credit card" to continue to the next step. Then enter your credit card details. This system is powered by Elavon. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Visa Electron, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
